Hi, attached is the thesauri that NLM used. It is all about MeSH(medical
subject headings). It is certainly not complete, but contains some.
The thesauri contains more than just chemicals, I am sure you can easily write
a script to parse those terms for chemicals out.
If you need any help on how to parse them out, let me know. The thesauri
contains about 37,000 terms, will be easier to just look one by one to make
sure get everything out!
