[BiO BB] Bioinformtics Projects

Hello all,

I will be entering my second year as a Master’s student in Bioinformatics at 
Indiana University.  I have a Biology and CS background.  I am currently 
looking for ideas for my Capstone Project/Master’s Thesis.  I have interests in 
proteomics, data mining, algorithm development and application, and 
bioinformatics software applications, just to name a few.  I was wondering if 
anyone out there had projects they needed help on or had ideas that they wanted 
to see come to life.  This could be a very good opportunity for all you out 
there with some great ideas and concepts.  The way I see it, you can get a 
whole lot of research done for free (done by myself, of course) and possibly a 
published article.  The investment by you would be minimal and the payoffs (I 
hope) would far exceed the amount of time that will be required of you.
