Hi Shameer,
I really don't understand PISE anywhere near well enough to explain
it. When I said I was working with right now I should have added that I
am working with it for the first time. Maybe I will actually understand
it better in a few months, but not yet.
Sorry,
Ethan

Hi,
I am working with a PISE interface for BLAST right now. I
don't pretend to be know what I am doing, but I am doing something :-)
Anyway, I could send you the interface I have and you could
at least use it as a starting point. Alternately, you could take a look
at http://www.pasteur.fr/recherche/unites/sis/Pise/XML/. There is an
example there...

Hi,
any of you familiar with generating PISE interface for a
database that I wish to blast.
Do we have to write a separate xml for that ? Any help or
suggestion would be welcome.
Thanks,
~S
