[BiO BB] PISE interface for blast

Hi Shameer,
    I really don't understand PISE anywhere near well enough to explain
it. When I said I was working with right now I should have added that I
am working with it for the first time. Maybe I will actually understand
it better in a few months, but not yet.

I also need to impliment Pise interface for Several bioinfo program to
be used internally for a bioinformatics course. It will be nice If you
