[BiO BB] Gene and upstream downstream sequence retrieval

Dear All,

I have a set of 300 gene names (for ex LCK, CD247 etc). I wanted to extract DNA 
sequences of these genes along with 15-20kbp both upstream and downstream of 
these genes. If you know any programmatic way of achieving this, that would be 
great.
