[Bio-Linux] Updated Bio-Linux packages

Hello all, 

Just to let you know that new Bio-Linux packages are available for
Act, Blast, Jalview and Taverna.  If your machine is set up to perform
automatic nightly updates then the new versions should be available
right away.  Otherwise you should ask your systems administrator to
install them for you.
