[Bio-Linux] OmegaMap on bio-linux?

Bela,

Re. OmegaMap. This would be a great addition to Bio-Linux to sit  
alongside PAML. It would also be very useful for my NERC-PGP project  
so I for one would be keen to see it in forthcoming distributions of  
Bio-Linux. Thanks also to Jose for spotting this.
