[Bio-Linux] Running pymol through x2Go. Crashes

Hi Angela,

I do apologise - I see you already told me that and I didn't read your
first e-mail properly.

I've reproduced the problem and I think I may have a workaround for you,
by setting the environment variable LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT - eg:

$ env LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1 pymol

Does that help?
