[BioBrew Users] Need help in configuring /pvfs-meta (pvfs 1.6.2)

I believe you're going to have to enter the names of the pvfs servers, 
which means a server with a 'pvfs' in the name. You probably have to 
add nodes to your cluster as pvfs appliances when using 'insert-ethers' 
in order to use pvfs.
