[BioBrew Users] Have to install RPMs?

Paul-

Sorry for the hassle. This latest roll I built has been a disaster. I
tried some shortcuts by trying to use 'rocks-dist' and things haven't
worked out. I'm going to rebuild the roll soon. In the meantime, you
have to install the rpms on the frontend manually using rpm -i --
force --nodeps. To install the roll on the compute nodes, I would
install them manually there as well. But you might also try:

     # cd /home/install
     # mount -o loop <BioBrew roll ISO> /mnt/cdrom
     # rocks-dist --install copyroll
     # rocks-dist dist

then reinstall a compute node.
