[Bioclusters] How to make use of cluster in BLAST environment

Hi All,
       I am able to run BLAST jobs in 
SGE environment, when ever I submit a
job to SGE, it is allocating to the 
least loaded exec node and I am 
getting the result back, but I 
wondering how to make use of cluster 
environment??, if I want to make use
of cluster, what are the changes need
to be done.

any help??
