Self correction to my own email...

As Joe stated, typically all the nodes that expect to run a licensed 
application will have to be able to reach the license server to check 
out their token. This is done by (a) multi-homing the flexlm license 
server as necessary or (b) setting up NAT etc. so the cluster nodes can 
reach the enterprise LAN and license server when needed.
