I'm back!

Very nice work on cleaning up the CVS repository. I think I just made a mess
of things again ;).  I went through and added/updated files to the current
versions I worked on while I was on vacation, but I haven't had a chance to
update to the new import setup, and I think I overwrote some of the cleaned
up versions.

When I'm at home tonight, I will go through and carefully compare versions
and get things cleaned up.  In the mean time, I'd imagine I broke some stuff
- my apologies.

Incidentally, all translation is now handled nicely through BCSequenceCodon,
so the only difficult step is creating a codon sequence from a DNA sequence.
I hope to have that done over the weekend.
