OK, so you really meant it ;-)
I really think this is too much!! Grouping atoms, residues and
symbols under a same superclass makes sense. But the BCSequence
object is really a collection of such things, so it is really weird
to have that under the same class tree. Also, I agree that it has the
same physical properties, as it is a moelcule too. But for some
reason, it seems you have some kind of mass spec bias. I don't know
where that comes from ;-)
I think haveing the sequence objects in the same class hierarchy
would be confusing and overkill. What do the others think?
