I added a cvsingnore file in the repository for .DS_Store files, maybe 
that could have caused it?

Anyway, some instructions on how to use CVL with our project (as 
Charles offered to do) would be appreciated. So far I haven't been able 
to connect to the bioinformatics server with CVL.
