[Biococoa-dev] Non genetic tools?

Hi Victor,
Great to see some more interest in BioCocoa!
BioCocoa is still in an early phase of development, we are trying to
get the basics right. The framework is aimed at molecular biology. If
you want to implement something to measure genetic distance between
populations, I think it could fit into BC, or you could at least use
BC as a tool to do file I/O and sequence manipulation.
