[Biodevelopers] protein volumes

Does anybody know of a program to give a quick estimate of the total volume of
a protein from sequence ? Not really going into the folding problem, just
trying to get a relative mesure of protein size.

The fast way to do it would be just to sum up atom volumes but I'm sure there
must be something allready done on this.
