[Biodevelopers] Linking Affymetrix gene codes to Gene Ontology terms

Affy has a site (http://www.affymetrix.com/analysis/index.affx) where
you can download data for each probe. The dChip program has a related
program chipinfo.exe which somewhat automates this process. You will
need to request an account on NetAffx. Chipinfo, a windows program,
parses the Affy data file into special files (csv-tab) containing GO and
Protein domain info as well as a chipinfo file for a particular chip.

Note: you could just download the file and parse it yourself. It is just
a large text file with detailed information for a chip series, e.g.
mu11ksubA.

Cheers

David
