[Biodevelopers] new genome browser available, VisGenome

Hello,
We have just released a new genome browser, in Java, currently only connecting to Ensembl and showing single and comparative representations for the human, the mouse and the rat.

Comments are welcome. We are currently doing a user study which compares zooming in VisGenome to Ensembl.
