But as Hi, I will put my two cents :-) I like book of Gusfield as well, and recently I found "Handbook of Computational Molecular Biology" (S. Aluru Ed.) very useful. From my own experience, I prefer when the group is a CS one. You can easily formalise a lot of problems during a lecture and provide references to the biological material.
