Serge,

Sourceforge only allows cvs access through ssh. For windows,look at the
instructions at:
http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=766&group_id=1
It looks like you have to tunnel your Wincvs through putty.  Sorry, I
have never done this, hope you can figure it out!
