Be patient!  I am at work and cannot do much on this immediately.

I do have a 'frontend' class written to handle command-line
BLAST, though it is not yet tested on windows (it SHOULD work, but
I haven't tried it).  There are also files for parsing XML format
results if you want to do something with portions of the result
within the program, but these aren't needed if you just want to get
back HTML format results to look at.

=46or speed, I will attach an archive of my current files - I have not
had time to write extra documentation for them yet, or to add "nice"
interface methods for the BLAST options, but maybe they will help
you as they are.  If you just want to see BLAST results and not really
do anything with them, frontend_blast.php should be the only file
you need to use.
