[cmview-devel] CMView-1.1.1 Syntax error

Hi Iris,

can you try to run CMView from the system command line. i.e. open a
command line window and then run cmview.sh (in MacOS) or cmview.bat
(in Windows)? Then CMView should fire up PyMol automatically. If it
doesn't, check the path to the PyMol executable in the cmview.cfg
file. From your screenshot, your PyMol installation seems to be in
/Volumes/Data/scm/vikki/bid/MacPyMOL.app/. I don't know the name of
the actual executable file since I don't have a MacOS installation. In
Windows, it should be something like C:/Program Files/PyMol/pymol.exe
but it may depend on your installation. You will also see (hopefully)
informative error messages in the command line windows where you run
CMView from.  Let me know if it still doesn't work.
