[cmview-devel] CMView-1.1.1 Syntax error

Hello, 


My name is Iris and I have currently downloaded both PyMol and CMView-1.1.1 in PC (windows) as well as Mac. 


Unfortunately when I try to run the command (below) in the terminal of PyMol I get a syntax error (see attached) 
Command 
run cmview.sh 


Additionally, CMView doesn't seem to be communicating with PyMol. Due to the syntax error I have to open CMView separately and load the structure pdb file from online: File/Load from/Online PDB 


The map shows up but no structure appears through PyMol. I am attaching the error that appears. 


Obviously something is not linking correctly. I have modified the cmview.cfg file to run the PyMol executable (see attached) but the error(s) seem to appear for both PC and Mac. Can you please advise if there is something I am doing incorrectly or how I can troubleshoot this issue?
