[Fasimu-news] Release of FASIMU 2.1.6

Dear FASIMU users,

the main change is that sbml2fa has been rewritten. Problems in this script were
the main reasons to reject the first fasimu submission.

The script has now been tested on every entry in the Biomodels-DB to produce a
reasonable fa-Models.
