[Genquire-dev] My final mods finished - ready for release?

I found one more bug last night just before leaving work.  It was not
possible to drag-n-drop Promoters or Poly-A sites onto Genes or
Transcripts because they failed a test in SeqCanvas to validate their
feature types.  This is now fixed, but requires users to CVS update both
their Genquire installation *and* their bioperl-gui installation.
