[ghemical-devel] Ghemical + Cygwin Instructions and Files

The website below has been created for our work here at the University of Iowa 
developing and trying to improving Ghemical.  The site is still under 
contstruction and currently only includes the work i have done with Cygwin 
but it will be updated with more items as the year goes on.
