[ghemical-devel] Save as dialog: delays

I believe the problem links back to OpenBabel on Cygwin having some dynamic
linking problems.  Right now the Ghemical windows release was compiled
using 2.0.0 of Openbabel and i've been informed the newest release has
this problem fixed.  I haven't had time to rebuild the package.
