[ghemical-devel] Could not compile libghemical

Hi,

Running autogen.sh&&./configure --enable-mpqc --enable-mopac2&&make
fails for me (gcc-3.4.5, mpqc-2.3.0).

Attached patch fixes the problem. Note that the new PrefixKeyVal
constructor synthax was already present in mpqc-2.0.0.
