This type of changes:

 	-void eng1_qm_mopac::Compute(i32u p1)
 	+void eng1_qm_mopac::Compute(i32u p1, bool)

are some dumb mistakes of mine ; I have recently made these changes and 
tested them, but *without* enabling mpqc/mopac at the configuration stage.
