Well, the Open Babel switch occurred yesterday. Most of the holdup  
was getting the latest CVS repository as a tarball from SourceForge.

It looks like I can use shell access to bioinformatics and grab the  
CVS repo directly.

If people want to switch to SVN, I'd be happy to do that -- but we  
should agree on a date.
