I've just made a new version, I translated comments to English (they
were in Spanish). and some minor modifications.
But I can't find the way to upload it to bioinformatics.org site since
they removed FTP access. I've just asked for help in the contact form in
the bioinformatics web site. I hope to get a reply soon.

Do you mean a directory for each diferent version? Sounds good. Anyone
have a FTP server available?
