Hi, Michael and all:

I reviewed your code, it's good! I am wondering shall we make the blastexe, 
tempdir directory in the same location in windows? We'd better not to change 
each time.

I have a question about pathdb. Shall we download all the database file from 
NCBI Blast website? It's huge and we also need to update often.
