Hi Marko.

Taofiq Paraiso contributed a version of MeltSim that runs on the
command-line. It is basically the Delphi version converted to
traditional Pascal, with no GUI. There is a simple Python GUI included.
I just placed it in the FTP directory (nordita-meltsim.tar.gz):

   http://ftp.bioinformatics.org/pub/meltsim/

Now, I've been having a hard time getting it to run. I get runtime
errors relating to how the floating point is represented. Since Taofiq
compiled this on a system in Germany, and I did it in the US, the ","
vs. "." issue may be the problem. Taofiq says he has no problems
running it.

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers.
Jeff
