Perl Programming for Bioinformatics 6 week online course: 1st October - 9th November Oxford Bioinformatics Programme Do you want to spend less time in front of the computer? Automate your workflow with Perl. The module offers an introduction to basic computing concepts and programming skills. You will be introduced to programming in Perl through self-paced individual and group study. A weekly framework of practical exercises and realistic case studies will enable participants to apply programming and computing knowledge in bioinformatics contexts. The module is designed to create an online learning community with regular communication between participants and with tutors. Members of academic institutions will qualify for a significant discount price of £495 (normal rate £1350). This discount also applies to NHS staff.
