Hi all

I've now put in the wiki the category hierarchy as outlined in the paper.

One thing I couldn't do is rename categories to get rid of the "PDB"
prefixes. It seems that renaming categories is not supported in MediaWiki at
the moment. Apparently to do this kind of thing in wikipedia they run bots.
So eventually we can try something but I couldn't be bother right now.
