[Pipet Devel] pygtools tutorial - intro

Locians,

It has become painfully obvious to me that most of the Loci developers do not
know Python or the bindings to GTK/GNOME (pygtools).  I will therefore start
writing tutorials on this list, covering the basics and whatever else I am
learning.  This will also help to illustrate the development of Loci itself.

The tutorials will be of use to others beside us, because I am helping with the
pygtools documentation project.
