The organization was going to set up some big iron for doing this with Loci. We were hoping to get a computer donated from Compaq, IBM, or whoever. We also have a pretty hefty network available now: a fiber -optic T3 backbone that we can run some 100baseT lines off of. Server crashes would of course be bad, but with the right equipment, we could get 4 nines (99.99%) uptime.
