That's not only funny but very true.  Moore's Law says that computer
capabilities double every 18 months.  So, if Piper is "ready" by January,
2002, store-bought PC's will have a processor clock speed of more than 2 GHz,
come with 128 MB RAM minimum, and have at least 30 GB hard drives.  Will they
run Piper fast enough for you, Brad?
