I didn't realize they were vaporware. I had heard of the contest, and the recent announcement made it sound as though these tools were the finished result. And they are NOT GPL'd (it's odd they wouldn't allow the GPL to be used in the contest -- read the rules), which means our installer (if based on SC) would have to be distributed separately. Hmmm.
