In fact it aint a ORBit problem, it's a Gnome problem. And the gnome people have
had a lengthy discussion about this on their list, so it's probably isolation
that they want :)

My post was to help people out once they are in the (rare?) situation they want
to mix Gnome with another Orb as ORbit, and because google.com scans the Piper
list regularly people will find my post.
