Of course, you need to install Overflow. It is just like any other
software, so you need to do a make install as well. Then you'll get
things put into the right include/lib directories.

The toolbox directory is created automagically from comments in the
source files using a perl script when you do make install. Then you'll 
see this directory and things will make more sense.
