Beyond the many goals of Piper that we have already discussed (on this list and in documents), at the lowest levels of detail, we'll have to do things democratically, with a lot of discussions between us. I think it is beyond any one of us to dictate the how every piece of code need be written. Even Linus Torvalds doesn't hand out coding assignments to contributors :-) I'm happy to see the IRC conversations and some of the details for DL <-> BL <-> PL interaction being worked out.
