At Proteopedia.Org, I have added a new page on "Hydrogen in
macromolecular models"
http://proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Hydrogen_in_macromolecular_models

Corrections and additions are invited.

I began a new page on "Water in macromolecular models"
http://proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/Water_in_macromolecular_models

but it is in a very rudimentary state. Perhaps some of you will help?
Perhaps one of you crystallographers can add and explain the rule of
thumb about the maximum number of waters per amino acid?
