Yes!
Please edit the pull-down menu of licenses that is shown when you upload a file. You will find it here:
http://www.proteopedia.org/wiki/index.php/MediaWiki:Licenses
Please do feel free to remove licenses that are not relevant to Proteopedia.

Subject [Proteopedia] an entry for files from the PDB or derived from thatin the licensing
To encourage people to pay attention to liscensing and copyright and proper attribution while using Proteopedia, can an entry for files from the PDB or derived from that be added to the licensing pull-down menu at the upload page? Or at least parenthetical comment highlighting what we should use for such files?
>From the PDB policies page (quoted below) it is clear they are free to use; however it is hard to tell exactly which entry in the pull-down menu corresponds.
"Data files contained in the PDB archive (ftp://ftp.wwpdb.org) are free of all copyright restrictions and made fully and freely available for both non-commercial and commercial use. " - PDB policy
Thanks.
