[Proteopedia] Scene problems due to remediated PDB files

Dear All,

Jaim has implemented a fix for the scenes that were displaying  
incorrectly due to the recent remediation of the PDB files. Please let  
us know if you find any other scenes that are still displaying  
incorrectly.
