[Proteopedia] Proteopedia health is restored

During the past week, the company that hosts Proteopedia made some 
changes on their servers, and for several days, access to Proteopedia 
was unreliable. We apologize for this problem, particularly inconvenient 
as the fall semester begins. It was beyond the control of the 
Proteopedia development team. The problem appears to be fixed as of 
yesterday, and we are getting quick and reliable responses. Please let 
us know if you encounter any difficulties.
