Login Proteopedia, click on the ‘my preferences’ link (http://proteopedia.org/w/Special:Preferences) , click on the ‘Misc’ tab and check the option to ‘use the latest JSmol version’. Save your preferences.

From this time on, any Proteopedia page you browse will use the latest version from https://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol
