GetBirch fails to update-local.sh
Original submission:
Dale's version of GetBirch from 2012 does not run update-local.sh. As a workaround, we'll run it from birchhome.sh so that it gets run at the correct point in the install process. Note that birchconfig DOES run update-local.sh, but it doesn't hurt to run it twice. This should get fixed in the next release of GetBirch.

update-local.sh is superseded by update-local.py in install-scripts. birch_install.py calls update-local.py. These will appear in the next stable release of BIRCH. 08/12/13 19:58 B_Fristensky
