human and mouse genomic_transcript not deleted by birchadmin

The Delete function in birchadmin deletes other databases, but fails to delete human_genomic_transcript and mouse_genomic transcript.

These are handled as special cases in blastdbkit.py, so I suspect the problem lies there.

Fixed. The problem was that in the main procedure, the blastdbkit.py was looking for these terms in MouseSet and HumanSet, which contain the actual filenames.

Also, there was a separate bug that prevented the script from finding the email message to send. That was fixed as well. 		04/05/17 17:44 B_Fristensky
