TRANSCRIPTION REGULATION BY ABA SIGNALING ABA
is a key
phytohormone in
plants. The processes regulated by ABA include several events in
development and response to environmental stress such as desiccation,
salt and cold . The
effect of ABA induction on a plants transcriptome have been studied by
various expression studies. In TRABAS we have compiled expression data
from different studies on ABA induced gene regulation and integrated
other available information (expression of genes in other
microarrays, Gene Ontology annotations, distribution of known
cis-regulatory elements in promoters) related to these genes and
devised tools for retrieval
and
analysis of this data. TRABAS is expected to provide an
integrated search platform for a multitude of information related to
ABA signaling mediated transcription regulation.
